| I bought my 06 Outlander with HMF exhaust, works shocks, mudlights on aluminum wheels(for sale) for $4500. Had only 350 miles on it. Only thing I have done to it is change a trailing arm. I talked with one of the Factory Can Am guys and they run Renegade trailing arms on their Outlanders. I have owned both the Outlander and Renegade. The only reason I sold my Renegade was the fenders didn't cover the tires enough for mud riding. Now they make fender extensions so I dont know which quad I like better. I know my Outlander is alot faster with the stock wheels and tires than the aftermarket Mudlights and cast aluminum wheels. There was right at 60lbs. difference in the stock wheels and aftermarket. |

| i dont mind turning wrenches and doing normal maint.. thats no biggie id love doing that i just hate the maint on my bike cause its usually seals and alot of the axle seals require taking alot of the bike apart and alot of time involved in it.. i had to replace 4 seals two weeks ago and my front and rear diff are still leaking... there is only 2 seals left and thats all the seals in the front and rear hold.. sad thing is front diff was just rebuilt and has all new seals in it.. popo 850 looks and seems to be a bad machine im just not a sold on polaris fan sorry to anyone who has one or anything but ive seen to many around here that just constantly fall apart and are in the shop ive owned a 700polaris 2005 and made the shop take it back it was in there every week getting serviced.. my brothers 700 is the same way and my buddy had a 400 that constantly had problems. i know all bikes have their problems but around here popo's just dont last.. im leaning towards the two seater _________________ JUSTIN SIMPSON AMR "750ish" brute force (work in progress as we speak)

| If and when Can-am ever decides to release a sxs it will be about 15K. 2-up can-am is plenty big for 2 people. I have had great luck out of mine. Just be sure if you do get one to change brake pads around 200 miles. The stockers suck. That is about all i had to do to mine aside from getting ricochets. The BRP skids don't offer enough protection and are more expensive than the ricos. _________________ 2008 outlander 650 max xt Ricochet skidplated installed BRP rear box Garmin gps Custom mount Goprocamera mount, helmet cam CATVR Bomb squad Member #1 SBB member SOR member www.goprocamera.com |
