DeLorme Earthmate GPS PN-20
Im totally new to this , but it looks cool.

they have a good following in geocaching. I'd like to get my hands on a pn-40 to see how i like it

It does have an app. You need to update to the latest firmware when you get the unit and they have also worked with geocaching.com to make a great program ( cache register ) so you can load your PQ's into the unit. Its a very nice unit and if you are used to using a 60csx it will be a piece of cake to learn how to use. If you have any other questions just let me know

I hear the soft ware for mapping is very hard to learn, is this true.

Well ive heard its pretty tecky.
Hey have been able to looks at 3 d maps and satillite imagry.

It was hard for me to tell , but they way i took the presentation , one would need to load the maps first for 3d .

I like the satellite imagery its pretty cool as for the 3D maps i am not a fan of them all i use is the TOPO maps
