| First tip....... go to Geocaching and sign up. (I keep a notebook that I write down hints and directions to the caches.) Download the caches to your gps and enjoy with your kids. My kids love it. Tracker and I went today for a little while. We drove up thru Wilder..... WOW talk about a CURVY road!!! We picked up 5 caches and found a nice spot to take the kids swimming this summer. I have a backpack with caching supplies.... Tweezers or Leatherman tool to get the "logs" out of the "nano" caches. Small trinkets to leave in the caches. Baby wipes (because your hands will get dirty!!!) An ink pen to sign the logs with. Extra batteries for GPS. A small notepad in case the log is full and you need to add your own paper to sign your name. Rubber gloves/gloves Flashlight for caches hidden in crevices (WATCH FOR SPIDERS!!! I FOUND A BLACK WIDOW) Bug spray Small first aid kit _________________ 1997 Kawasaki Bayou 220 Be careful what you ask for, you may get a different version of what you had in mind.

| BD, if you haven't bought one yet, look at www.rei.com for they might have a better price than some other places. Plus they also might have a better selection and accessories of the colorado gps. You also can take the little toys you find in cereal boxes and happy meals and include them in the Geocache. ( small boxes of crayons work). I'd stay away from anything that could be harmful to little kids who might find the cache with their mommas ( or daddys) _________________ 2008 outlander 650 max xt Ricochet skidplated installed BRP rear box Garmin gps Custom mount Goprocamera mount, helmet cam CATVR Bomb squad Member #1 SBB member SOR member www.goprocamera.com |

| This place has the best buys of anywhere I've looked... www.gpscity.comRead the reviews on the colorado... not well received. I would recommend the 60CSx, or 76CSx. _________________ Dan "If'n you ain't been throwed, you ain't been ridin."

| Rino 530 is what i am using. It has the 2-way radio built in so you don't have two mounts on your handle bars. _________________ 07 King 700 camo 26" Big Horns SS212's EPI yellow spring/ 20gm weights VDI + M109 inj. BD I got the same one as Grizz. Love it and never any problems. It will run nearly 25 hours on a battery charge. Some of the other Garmins only run about 14 hours. You need to check that when you get ready to by one.
These Units are small. If you got the money go for the 60CSx model. Bigger screen and a better deal in my opinion. When I get ready to upgrade that is what I am going to get. |

| After reading up a little on the Colorado, I would stick with the 60 or the 76 as well. _________________ Arctic Cat 700 EFI 4x4 Auto LE, 2500 Warn, Kimpex Front & Rear Box, Garmin 76csx, IPOD 80GB w/otter box, Moto Com, HL Springs, 25" Horns w/MSA Castle Rock Wheels, AP Skids Arctic Cat 500 TBX Soggy Bottom Boyz Cumberland ATV Riders PWM's Pix |
