Gman I sent you my number but if you tried to call after we got there you wasted your time. About 10 miles from where we unloaded we lost cell service and never got it back until we left out.

I actually just waliked in the door. We had a good ride and nobody got seriously injured. A couple cuts and bruises nothing too bad.
We had 23 four wheelers there and one rhino. (they might have counted him in the 23?)
2 Canam 800 and one 650
3 750 Brutes and one 650. that turned over upside down in the creek and drowned. Not good Smile
I out ran the 2 brutes and won one lost one to the 800 canam. THey are bad a$$ on the top end. I pulled him pretty good out of the hole and then he came on around me Sad
We went by Bryant's Cove Church if that tells you where we were.

Hi dan....glad you guys had a good time, I didn't get your number so you'll have to send it to me again for the next ride.

That ended uo being 100 miles from the house and then we rode about 25 miles on the atv's.... long day.

We parked at the Grundy Co. something building right across from the ambulance station just off hwy 56

Not a problem...just keep me in the loop. As far as the mileage, it is 180 miles to Pickett from my house and we usually ride 40 miles on the wheelers while I am there...makes for a long day, Mt. Eagle is about 85 miles from me so it should cut about 3 hours off of my day to go there even if we ride 40 miles on the trails.....in my mind that additional 3 hours should make for more trail miles ;-)

Anyway...keep me posted on the next trip, I want to check that area out some.

Thanks,

G

Gman, how far are you from Aetna? I really like going there but they are trying to close the acess road.

I'm not far from Forney. Maybe 25-30 miles. If it's legal I would like to check it out sometime.

Then it is an hour closer than Pickett......saves 2 hours round trip.
