Nope. I think I am going to tackle it tomorrow night. Might get the Raptor to hold my hand while I do it.

Well I got thru this. After a little trial and error (and a great deal of learning). It wasn't that bad after I figured out where the little parts that fell out when I removed the cover went.

I notice a big difference in torque. Can't wait to try it on the trails at Royal Blue to see if it helps.
I felt like I had to get the RPM's up before I felt any torque. Now the torque is almost instant when I hit the throttle. Haven't tried a wheelie yet but that is next.

Hey Rooster, where did you get your EPI clutch kit from? Did yours have an option for elivation? I found an EPI clutch kit for my BigBear and there is an option for 0-2000 ft and 2000-6000ft elevation. scratch

huh They don't list anything for my 99 model. Again the old antique is making things difficult. From what you describe, I could use a kit in the BigBear, its just finding it scratch

Most people put these Clutch Kits on so they can turn a bigger tire easier. The kit I got was designed for Regular Size Tires or if you had Bigger Tires for that too. Not sure if the 1999 Big Bear is supported. You can call them and talk to them. I did. They were very helpful.
