Was wondering if anyone deals with them and what they thought of their service.

My water pump/weep hole is leaking and would like to have it fixed somewhere that has done a few.Have heard from some that if the shaft that turns the impeller is pitted it must be replaced or it will be leaking again soon.

Go and talk to Jason. He is the service manager and I have been dealing with him for a couple of years now and havent had any problems with them as of yet. I haul mine over there from Knoxville just so I dont have to deal with the local idiots!!! The dealer closest to me likes to keep your machine for a week or two before they will even look at it. If you have anything Jason cant help you with talk to Omar. He is the owner and he will make sure you leave happy. Very Happy

I bought my CanAm from them. Jason is not there anymore I was told. But, Omar still seems to give you straignt answers. He told me that if they kept a machine for a while he would lend you one. Can't say as I didnt need one. Had mine back in one day after the 10 Hr checkup with oil change etc.

I ended up taking it to Winchester and got it fixed, not per BRP's service bulletin, but it dosent leak now.
The service bulletin showed a spigot and hose added to the weephole plus new seals.I got new seals and a siliconed shut hole, and this was at a Can Am dealer.

Here's about the cheapest Can-Ams I have found, plus no sales tax to TN buyers...

http://www.motorsportssuperstore.com/new_vehicle_list.asp?sid=07126276X2K22K2009J4I13I28JPMQ808R0&Manufacturer=18&Category=2&CatDesc=ATVs

The dealer up here in Madison, America's Powersports is really good...Jeff or John, both good guys, really good at working on Can-Ams...

The whole dealership is NOT closing(at least not right now). The camper store across the interstate closed and they are using Volunteers lot as a storage lot(for the extra money) until the campers are auctioned. The property that Volunteer is sitting on is for sale. He (owner) wants to move back closer to town. It came straight from the horses mouth yesterday when I dropped my bike off. Anyone wanting to hear it from the owner himself, feel free to give him a call. His name is Omar.

No Problem Repo! He said them and Honda were not seeing eye to eye so they parted paths. He is still dealing in Can-Ams, Kymcos and is a dealer for Stihl. He said now that he does not have Honda he does not need a bldg that big either which is another reason the realty signs are out front.

I will still have to pay sale tax when I title it here.

I think instead of speculation of what is going to happen, we should just wait and see what happens.
