Okay, so here ya go, got the snorkels ran and installed, could not finish the install, got to dark on me, and I could not see anymore. Think I got a minor problem, I ran everything back together and hooked up the battery and go no power what so ever. I think I may have gotten a wire crossed or missed hooking one up, don't really know but I will fix the problem in a few days, when I get to get at in again. Should get the lift delivered sometimes next week and will go ahead and jack it up a couple of inches, just happy that the snorkel is installed, now just want to get out and test it!!! Ordered the tires today 28" Zillas..... Here are the pics of the snorkel:

Looking Good Snorkel Just make sure you turn your 90 on the end back toward you. If I was you I would while i had it apart i would Clean the air box out good, clean your air filter, and make sure your seal the drain in the air box and seal the air box lid with either Red hi-temp RTV silcone gasket maker. ALot of guy use the Blue but i use the Red cause its Hi Temp. Run the front & rear diff lines, Carb vent lines. Is your crank case vent run into your air box? If so all you have to do is seal the air box. Looks like you make have restricted the air flow some.....in that case it will be lean and that what you were wanting.....Right? If you need anything just call. Wink I bet a wire make be lose or a fuse or something.....did you have to take any wires off?

OH....what kind of air box lid are you going to use????

Looks good & Clean... cheers

I just used the same air box lid, I just capped the top vent line off siliconed it(I saw it on highlifter, guy said it would be fine) If i need to change to something else I will buy a new box and a MIMB air box lid. Why do I need to change the vent to face towards me? Yeah I read on Highlifter If I went out of the airbox with a 1.5 instead of a 2, then it would run leaner, and since I was running rich I went with a 1.5 instead, I did have to unplug a few plugs to move the front plastic enough to run everything, so I might have plugged something in wrong or forgot to plug up something, I won't get to work on it for a few days, but I will figure it out.

If there facing forward like that When you hit the pit water will splash in them. Plus the air flow shooting straight in it will casue it to run all outta wack. since yours is a carb like mine. when you haul it make sure you trun your gas off and cover up the air box snorkel....if not... it will flood and fill the oil full of gas. Wink I just stick a sock in the end of mine and put a freezer bag and soem rubber bands on it. Very Happy don't worry about the lid then just do what HL said. Good job man!!! Thumb

Oh dang, wish I knew that about the pipes, makes sense though bonk I will change them around asap, I may have a few questions for you when I get to the lift or after I get it running and try to make sure it don't need jetting, but I need to get it up and going and find some mud and try this thing out...

I think you can just loosen the rubber couplers and turn them around. I will help you jet it if it needs it. YOu can look at your plug and go from there. The Main sorkel that you don't want to LEAK is the Air Box No YOU can always drain teh CVT...just can't drain teh motor. huh Laughing Laughing I can help you get it all ready one day as far as the vent lines, Jetting and so forth. Wink just don't put the plastic back on till you make sure it runs ok. That way you won't have to take it off to jet it. Smile The easist way to try it out is on a boat ramp. That way yo can ease it in slowly.

On a side not my 2"lift came in and Im gonna lift it up tomm or wed, but I gotta get this electrical thing figured out first, Im at a lost!!!

Man, I honestly don't know what to tell ya.

Call the shop and ask for Mike tommorrow, tell him Ben told ya to call. He's our service manager, he worked at a dealer in Florida for a long long time, and he's got alot of experience with this stuff.

Big daddy, I think I checked and rechecked everything a few times, no loose wired no pulled wires? I just don't know what it could be.

Check the kill switch on the left handlebar, make sure it's in the RUN position. This is what I'm thinking your problem is. Let me know.
