There's an article on this place in the current ATVA newsletter that I received yesterday. I didn't see it mentioned on here, but the size is 1,456 acres and it's divided up into three sections. One for single track such as horses, mtn bikes, and motorcycles only. Another is for 4x4 trucks, jeeps, rock crawlers. The third area, which takes up the most of the land, is for atv's only. All trails are 1-way, helmets required. Riding 2-up is not allowed unless the machine is factory-built for 2-up riding. Fees listed are $15 for one day or $25 for a weekend.
It says the lot is going to be big enough to accomodate the biggest of rigs/trailers.

That there was 35 miles of trails open now and more to open up in the future. Also right now the place is just open on the weekends but the hours will expand later. Also 15$ to get in with ATV.
