I'd say exhaust, jet kit, uni-filter, and tires IMO.

snorkel it put an exhaust on it jet it then put some tires on it.. after you get done with that if you dont like your performance gains do gear reduction and you can put whatever tire you want on that thing..

You can also put a cam in after you rejet and put a exhaust on. It will make a world of diffrence.

honda honestly just dont have that much power if you modded that kq up it would probably walk all over that rincon only thing i could possibly say that might help it compete with the kq is if you did gear reduction but i dont know what that would do to the topend i know it would make it stronger on the bottom end and make it pull hard all the way untill it toped out but i dunno how much it would affect the topend im guess atleast 10mph...

With the VDI working well in the 450 KQ the honda is a sinking ship.
The KQ could out run it in all but top end.
The rincon could possibly run up a steep hill quicker.
We raced both and the rincon seemes to have more brute power and certainly is transferring it to the dirt better with the 12 inch wide back tires.

So that is it then.

Im gonna have to start thinking in terms of a big KQ or a can am.

darkstar....my KQ 450 would outrun the 680's and most Grizzly 660's. THe KQ only has one less HP than the 680 EFI Rincon. Sometime tomorrow I will type up and sent you a PM of what I did to the clutches to get all the HP out of it. Wink

Cool i appreciate that and all the other advice you have given me.
Dont the KQ clutch mods mostly enhance lower end.

My Modded rincon out ran my modded KQ but only after 45 MPH

As far as any thing else i can do to the rincon ??? Is there anything , i feel like im kinda stuck with it.

The rincon feels alot better than the KQ 450 when the rincon is carrying alot of extra weight .
I think i can pull big hills carring an extra rider way better with the rincon.
Maybe its my imagination.

Darkstar....here is what i had as a secondary spring in my KQ 450....they are differnt that the 750's. EPI goes by colors....the one is Natural. here is a link to it.

https://www.erlandsonperformance.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=EPI&Product_Code=SZ10

It is stiffer that the Yellow or Lime Green... secondary for the 700/750's. Twisted Evil TORQUE...

Now I had the Coop45 mod with the Natural color EPI secondary and the Dalton roller weights. With the Dalton weights I had the set up with every other roller was a different weight...I can't remember what size weights though. The Dalton Clutch kit for the 450 has only weights and no secondary. So I put my own secondary in. Smile Now You will lose some top end but not alot. When you stagger the weights like the dalton kit said for 27 inch and up size tires...there is a very small Stall you will feel. You will leave out like a rocket though....I loved it....its all in what you like. I mean I could outrun my 660 Grizzly with me KQ 450 to about 45 mph. before I sold the Grizzly. There are alot of different set ups you can do...you just have to get creative to you find what you like

YOu can read this chart and see the spring rating and weigh shift out...

Ollie you need the Lime Green secondary for yours Wink
