dunno about all of that.. seems like from what i read they are going away from point series.. and each individual race will have a payout and a 1st place so really there is no winner in the classes or i should say no overall winner.. ecmr and cmr is a point series right boot.. i guess ill be doing the e.c.m.r. series this year then..

i dunno i really cannot see if they are wanting to stay major players in this game for them just to stop the PSR and then try to pick it back up years from now the damage could allready be done and no one atleast i dont think will want to go back to highlifters PSR after this... i mean honestly what is the point highlifters bog season is no diff that just mentioning a bog and going to it like bricks offroad bog or the ones in alabama and the ones in miss... im not going to travel that far just to say i won a bog.. but i would travel that far to say i finished 1st place in a professional event...dont get me wrong if the purse is right i would go there to see if i could win a bunch of money but other than that i could add up all the little purses around here and then add my time and money spent going elsewhere and i bet im better off staying right here...

I can see where HL is coming from....they are wanting over time to start having races all over not just the same 3-4 states they stay in now. Every race will have a 1st, 2nd,and 3rd in each classes with trophies and payouts. but they are wanting to start having a HL sanctioned races in TN,GA, KY, AK, IN,WI, NC, SC, VA, FL....states that have very few actual races instead of the TX,LA,MS areas that hold most all major events. They are wanting spread out the events to gain more racers and sponsors. Last year was the first year for the CMR and ECMR series and in all honesty unless the CMR changes..... last year and this year will be as big as they will get. CMR is having a REAL HARD time now getting sponsor for pay outs. They will not be able to pull the sponsors, racers, and money they need staying in the same areas & states and not really growing. There are very few teams that can actually travel and make every point series race.....your pockets have to be DEEP or have someone paying your way and most do not. Most all your known race teams are from TX, MS, LA, southern AL. Now you will have a few from other places such as MUD ATV from NC and Creek Bottom from GA. I think what Scott is doing will get bigger and better over time and gain more public eye sponsors and money for payouts. I for one would love to race a points series but in reality....with a family and no corporate sponsor I don't have the money to chase one. I just wanna race when I can where I can....I could care less if its a points race or not. In reality I will probably be only able to race the races that are closer to me. In a points series if your not racing every race you wasted your money if you entered the series. So the way I look at it is if Scott can pull off a 2-3 races within driving distance for me....shoot I will be more than happy to races them...I am easy to please.... Razz I just wanna race. Shoot I am just hoping to race atleast 4 events this year due to money and family and I will be happy. I just think Scott is thinking ahead of the sprot growing and not just in the same 3 states. Very Happy
