PostSubject: Starting a new Club in Sumner County Tennessee   Mon Mar 23, 2009 10:21 pm

We're putting together a group of people, to lease purchase some property to ride on, we are in negotiations on 614 acres in Sumner County Tennessee. It will be structured like a Club with dues so that we have the money to obtain and improve the property. The dues would be higher than a traditional ATV or motorcycle club because the club would own the land.

We are simply tired of driving 2+ hours to Coal Creek, Windrock, Brimstone, Turkey Bay etc. to ride.

We need serious riders that are willing to commit for a minimum of a year, to make this work.

If interested contact us at TNATV@Hotmail.com with your contact info including phone number and we will contact you to discuss options and ideas.

Thanks in Advance!

We’ve got almost 80 people so far and some great options, but it will take more people to make it work.

Pass this on to everyone you know!

PostSubject: Meeting for TN-OFFROAD on Sunday 3/29 @ 4:30pm?   Mon Mar 23, 2009 11:37 pm

We will be holding the first planning meeting for TN-OFFROAD.

When: Sunday 3/29 @ 4:30 - 6:00pm
Where: Triple Creek Park in Gallatin, TN (Directions Below)

Agenda:

1. Dues Structure
2. Organizational Structure
3. Facilities and Amenities
4. Rules and Bi-laws
5. Properties being considered

The covered picnic area we have reserved will seat 48 people and this invitation is going out to over 100 people via E-mail.
Yes, I said over 100 people, this has been in the works for only one week and the response has been huge!
This will also go on the website to make the over 200 people that have visited the site aware of the meeting.
Not everyone will be able to come, so don't let these numbers keep you from coming!

Please bring your friends that are interested! Many people have stated they have up to 20 friends that want to get involved!
The more people we have involved the bigger and better we can make this, we are considering possibly having multiple properties.
Please bring some camping chairs because we expect the turnout to be more than we can seat.
There is plenty of parking!

Due to the possible size of the group and not having any funds raised as of yet, we will not be serving any refreshments at this meeting, please bring your own. (Unless someone would like to volunteer.) Triple Creek is a state park, NO ALCOHOL!

Click "Get Directions" inside the white box.

Note:
The print option is on the blue bar above the map to the right.
The last turn on the directions is into Triple Creek Park.
We will be all the way at the back of the park at a covered picnic area near the playground.

I look forward to seeing and meeting everyone there, please make plans to be present, this will not be possible without "YOU"!

If anyone has questions, feel free to reply with them!

There's already plenty of deep mud there. And more will be built.

Sorry I didn't understand, I spend most of my time on two wheels and we avoid the deep stuff.
