My husband & I just recenlty got 4-wheelers and are wanting to go to Prentice Cooper this weekend - but I'm having difficulting finding directions on exactly how to get there and where to actually enter the park. Does anyone have any info on P.C.? Thanks! (We'd be coming from Nashville, TN).

Welcome the board! It is closed for Turkey Season through April, so you will have to wait until May. But here are google directions to the park. There is a decent size parking area on your left right as you enter.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one that forgets the links! LOL

Since you want to go riding this weekend. You could always try Pickett state forest. It's up near crossville and open to riding anytime I think. About the same distance as P.C. also. Or if you want a few places closer google wooly's offroad or Wheeling in the country. Both are within an hour from Nashville off I-65.

P.C. is great, just wish hunting seasons didn't take over.

I checked with P.C. and they told me the hunting dates for April are: April 1-5, 8-10, 16-18 and 21-26. [423-658-5551]. Just wanted to let everyone know in case you wanted to go this weekend. Thanks!

Would love to get together with y'all and ride anytime. The two of us went to Turkey Bay this past weekend and rode. It was a lot of fun, but VERY muddy! Hubby loves the hard trails and loves to ride in the mud, but I prefer to just tool around and enjoy the scenery.

I like the more leisurely rides too.
