I havent done anything to the clutches, im not sure if i wanna change the springs or not...if i go with a alomond or lime green will that make it pull harder or just give it more of a stall?

you would want an Almond Secondary...a Lime Green would be WAY too much for your tires. your stall comes from your Primary. You have to go up about 4 sizes before you get any stall. You should put a a Pink Primary in it.

It gives you more belt grip and gears it lower....you will lose some top end but not much. basicly with your set up it will just be some more torque feel and low end power.

Drew.....when are you running this bad boy that wide open?? are you racing alot? i've sat next to many a canned ham with my not tuned bike......and they maybe beat me by a bike or so.....and that is moving my LARGE arse.....and we are going well over anything you can hit in a trail.....actually.....nevermind......i just looked up and saw your age....22! i remember that age.....PUT a bottle on that thing.....and send it to flynt!!!! heck even 2 years ago i wanted to go faster........now 37 sucks!!! ROCK ON!!! woo wheelie

I guess those brutes are built stronger in FL and TN.. To this date im yet to have any trouble with a AL brute. I even took a built 650 being driven by a stick boy roll lol!

650------800 scratch Built....it only had cams didn't it???

Mine will not out run yours speed wise.....mine is not a speed demon...It will hit about 55 or so. but I KNOW it will in a Pit Snorkel Heck you may even beat me to 30mph....but.....I doubt that. think Razz 0-30.....line that yellow beast up that is so Fast.All I can say is the only Can-Am that has beat "YET" was at the CMR race....and I was actually disappointed in it Sad It even had Crushloks and was a Pure Race bike....I really thought thought it would blow mine away....Clutching has ALOT to do with your power....A stock Brute is clutched like a sissy. Laughing Laughing Shoot I even got a Video of me pushing an Orange FCP Brute through the Pit... Razz lol! lol! I was really surprised at how mine did....I thought I would get Blown away at the CMR. It running better now than then. flex lol! lol!

for sure clutching is the key!!! if you haven't mess with your brute....and its still stock and you haven't check to make sure it is shimmed correctly and the tolerances....along with at least a simple spring change....don't even have to dip into the weights if ya don't want to......but i have done that also........you are not letting that thing work for ya.....

yep it only had cams in it plus a 10 year old riding it Laughing co co

I wish I knew more about clutching than I do.. I am going to get into my clutch after the utah trip do expect your phone to be ringing good buddy Wink

Is it the 650 I rode up here??? Yeah it had some power but by clutching you could have gotten ALOT more to the ground. No one ever said they could keep up with 29.5's.....They said they can keep up with 27&28 inch Mudlites...and Justins Brute CAN!!! Wink
