My 2009 KQ , on the front differential the little rubber booty on top just poped a whole in it.
Its the little rubber expandable breather directly on top on the diff.
It looks like a minature CV boot , i cant find it anywhere but the dealer who says he will have it thursday.
I leave wed night or early thursday for royal blue.
Im sure this part is available but where ?

Can you seal it with silicone and duct tape to get you thru? Does the quad you wrecked have the same part?

My wrecked quad is sold.
Its such a stupid part id really like to elimanate it.
Its some expansion rubber for fumes and its right on the top of the front differential exposed to errant sticks , its got me wondering about suzuki now and how stupid they could be for putting this part there

Its called a case breather and i ordered it through dealer.
For now duct tape will do .
Matter of fact it might be better with duct tape on permanently.
Everytime i ride i break something .

My Arctic Cat has the same thing. Go to the auto part store, get some 1/4 inch rubber gas line and run it up the frame to around the handle bar area and it will work fine. That is what I did to mine.

I ran both of my diff vents to the pod, added a small filter on the end. Works perfect!

Run a foot length of normal rubber fuel pipe, zip tie to the frame to keep it vertical. then cap off with a small fuel/external oil filter.
