Is that Royal Blue or are they different areas?

Many of those that are missing are partially on privately owned property.

Yes and no... the Sundquist Unit lies East of Interstate 75 and the Royal Blue Unit is West. As of right now, there is no legal way to ride across the Interstate. The Units got renamed by TWRA several months ago. The Sundquist Unit was in part the old Royal Blue East, which many still refer to as Royal Blue.

If by RB you are talking about the ATV park/camp RideRoyalBlue.com, then yes, it is connected to the Sundquist Unit.
