Anyone got an input ?

Sure,

George from Tims Ford Powersports is good, I think Jeff works on mine when ( very rarely) it is in the shop.

So far only had to go in the shop maybe 2 times since i had it, but repair rear axle/replace speedo under warranty.

But they all are ok i guess, Don't know why White's seems to think your's is re-engineered, maybe they think it is to technical for them. Now what's wrong?

Scot

Looks like they would quote you a $/hr charge... same as if no warranty applicable. It don't make sense to turn away work.

What kind of work? Engine? I don't know any in your area, but it will help for others to know. Around here we have good engine guys, transmission, etc, but I've yet to find a great one in all things mechanical (know what I mean). I do my own work, but I'm far from a pro (I try to research as much as possible before) and it seems to take me longer due to wanting it done right.

White got a new service manager Scott - im going out there .
Yeah he acted like i was from another planet -

Front breaks are un bleedable so without just throwing money at it i can seem to fix umm .
I have tried everything vacume bleeding - gravity bleeding .
The only clue i have is the left claiper moves more than the right claiper but the right wheel seems to stick better .
I have about 20 percent front brakes at the most .

I got alittle fab work to but its nothin major

Im thinking about letteing Greg after it - its just such a long long haul.
But ive really worked that 840 and it sounds great .
The STM clutch hits the cover at idle driving you insane but its not wearing a hole in it .
The ron woods exhaust is so loud though i can barly stand it even with ear plugs .
I put a super trap tip on it and that helped but its just soso loud i hate it .
Ill sacrifice a couple HP to make is quiet .
Greg would have to re tune it though - so looks like ill be driving 7 hours - he said he could fix the breaks - i bet he just puts new everything - that will fix it for sure .
Im trying to find a 2008 or earlier gas tank and pump as well .
now that ive got all this HP i need more gas.
Best i can tell is it goes about 80 miles on a tank full and thats with ultra light weight tires and wheels . That bike is a screamer .
Its almost done but not perfect and with what i got in it- i want it perfect.

Well solved that problem - im sending it back to Greg because i absolutly HATE the Ron Woods exhaust its like standing next to a jet engine .
Everybody stares at me everywhere i go .
So we gonna put a sweet HMF on it Which looks alot better and is alot quieter but also robs one HP but we r adding an intake so ill be playing with 82 -RHP
Weee Hawww I rode maybe 4 hours yesterday WITH ear plugs and i swear my ears are seriously still ringing . Its retarded that Ron Woods stuff .
