Does that rule apply to children riding with a parent?

I think most places like this only will allow a 2-seater atv to carry 2 people at a time, like it was intended. They mainly do this for safety reasons not allowing a single seater atv to carry more than one person.

Most places i ride really don't care, as long as you sign a wavier, but i can see even with siging a wavier, something might happen involving a machine that wasn't meant to carry more than one.

Passengers can only ride on machines built for more than one rider.

Around here you will see more people riding double than riding single. If you have ten 4 wheelers, 7 or 8 will have 2 riders. And believe it or not most accidents I here about are people riding single. If we come to difficult situation we always make the passenger get off.

Ok...good to know. I don't have kids or usually double anyone, but my brother-in-law doubles my 6 year old nephew on his Eiger, so I guess that would rule him out of going there to ride.
