This might sound kinda of stupid but, I had a Vinson that was boiling the coolant out. Come to find out the Radiator Cap was dirty and not sealing good. Causing the Coolant not to pressurize. Might not be your problem but thought I would throw that out there.

He said its my fault but he didnt say anything about charging me either .
I was like how is it my fault when i havent even ran the engine but 2 laps befor it blew .
He said you got a thermometre dont you - i said yes he said well hot did it get i said i dont know but i think nearly 230 --- he said see you let it get to hot .
I said well dude it was fine and then it just ran hot in like one second - Thats when the gasket blew .
Honestly and i told him this to - i think it was like this from day one .

Knowing him i would not doubt if he doesent try and bill me .

Ok...if it was getting hot right off the bat like that. IMO, it was too lean. I would ask him straight up is he going to charge you? If so, Crap on it. Crap I'm sorry to say this on a public forum....but his sorry attitude is the reason no one wants to deal with him anymore. There is a reason behind seeing more and MORE of other builders motors and less and less of his. Wink In this business you can't be a complete Prick and expect people to still buy your product. I'm sorry and this is nothing towards you at all. I'll quit before I blow my gasket.

I have talked to Jerri A LOT during the build of his bike and was hesitant to tell him my full experience but he is now going through the EXACT same thing that I had go wrong with my 1st high dollar 840. I got it back and nothing was tight on it. It wouldnt even last through tuning. They said in a few less word 'S#!T happens, oh well... Pissed was an extreme understatement.

Now, my AMR 916 is a rock. Zero issues or concerns.

Now with all this /// talk I will say this: I sent Adam a PM on HL and he replied within hours, I called him on several occasions and he was more than willing to help and explain things to me. I didnt take any chances and ordered the upgraded-upgraded sliders bonk

I know there are a lot of people (Chris included) that hasnt had such a good experience with him but for me it was great and he taught me alot. I have ran my cvtech very hard with no issues.

BUT! Smile I am ordering the qsc primary. I gotta compare for myself because reading everywhere else and getting a TRUE comparison is impossilbe. Its all about who's side who is on.

Anyway, Chris give me a call, I have a couple questions for ya and Jerri I'll await your daily text salute

The easiest way for me to explain the QSC primary is its more tunable. The cvtech cannot be ajusted on the low end. where the qsc can.

from a tuners stand point....well John Cannon can explain it better than me. The CVtech doesn't truly keep a constant steady load on it...it doesn't shift out at the same point everytime when your trying to tune someone's bike.... I tuned a AMR 960 with a cvtech and it wasn't that easy...well it was worse once the cvtech eats itself. NOT bashing your clutch Jason....just saying what I seen. I'm very glad you had a good experiance with him. Really!

"this is an example only" the QSC will shift out and 7800 everytime where the cvtech will shift out at 7800 once....next run 7500, then 7700, then 7500. These are NOT correct numbers but an example.

I'm retuning Jeremy's AMR 960 in a few weeks with his new QSC primary. John told me some things to do and I know I can get more power outta his bike once I retune it. You want a steady flow of fuel...I hope you know what I'm saying. I'm not good at explaining things....John explained it to me very well.

Oh yeah...don't worry about your cams. Wink There was a reason behind that. There is a reason AMR makes more power IMO. Or atleast from what bikes I have tuned.....the AMR's are unreal. I tuned a 912 a while back and wasn't that impressed. your 916 will eat it.
