Does any one know if a AC 400 carb will work with this 375?

with proper jetting. the difference in size and cfm for a 375 and a 400 is minute. if both carbs are keihin or mikuni you can usually take your jets from your original carb and put them in the 400 carb and do a small amount of tuning and you are set. of course make sure first that the intake boot will fit the 400 carb. you can usually get a little larger carb to fit. for example a 36mm will fit a 34mm intake boot. also make sure the airbox inlet isnt huge. if it's huge you can always change the airbox boot. but it's one of those small changes thats a pain.

just keep in mind that mikuni jets wont fit in a keihin and vice versa.

whats wrong with your stock carb? if you want bring it by and i'll see if it can be rebuilt and i'd be glad to help you with it.
